FROM THE NORTH (Quebec/St. Albans): Take I-89 South to Exit 17. Turn left off the exit ramp, then right at the lights onto Route 7 South. Continue 3 miles on Route 7 South, then take a left onto Route 2-A. Follow Route 2-A south about 3 miles to VT-289 East. Proceed 2 miles on VT-289 East to Exit 10, then left onto Essex Way. Follow Essex Way past Post Office and Cinemas and turn left onto Carmichael Street. Essex Physical Therapy is on first floor of building ahead on left.

FROM THE SOUTH (New Hampshire/Massachusetts): Take 1-89 North to Exit 11. Turn right off the highway onto Route 2 and take right immediately at light onto Route 117. Proceed on Route 117 for 5.8 miles to VT-289 West. Drive 2 Miles on VT-289 West to Exit 10, then take right onto Essex Way. Follow Essex Way past Post Office and Cinemas and turn left onto Carmichael Street. Essex Physical Therapy is on first floor of building ahead on left.

FROM THE BURLINGTON AREA: Take I-89 North to Exit 15, turn right onto Route 15 East. Proceed on Route 15 East about 2 miles to Susie Wilson Road, turn left. Follow Susie Wilson Road about 1.5 miles to the end, then continue going straight onto VT-289 East. Proceed 2 miles on VT-289 East to Exit 10, then left onto Essex Way.
