We also find successful treatment options for the “Weekend Warrior Athletes,”? as well as those injured at the workplace, or as a result of motor vehicle accidents.

Essex Physical Therapy offers a unique approach to treatment called postural restoration. This approach addresses underlying biomechanics which can often lead to pain and dysfunction. Manual and non-manual techniques are utilized to restore proper alignment, as well as proper respiratory function. Treatment encompasses prevention and lifetime integration for long-term successful outcomes. Each individual will be provided with a specific program tailored to fit their specific needs.
