Stephanie has been a student of Pilates for the last decade and instructing Pilates locally for 2 years. Her classes at Essex PT are a unique combination of Yoga and Pilates designed to build core strength, improve posture, reduce stress and create a deep connection between the mind and body. Stephanie is also a Certified Personal Trainer and works with clients one on one to help them meet their fitness goals
Stephanie enjoys reading, biking, skiing and spending time with family and friends. She especially loves motivating herself and others to be fit and stay fit.
